At SFX Laser, we aim to provide reliable and secure worldwide shipping to nearly every country. Using trusted international carriers, we ensure that your package reaches you efficiently. Here’s an overview of our shipping procedures and policies:
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing it within two business days. For machines available in our U.S. stock, we typically ship the next business day with delivery in approximately five days. For non-stock items, processing is completed within three days, and shipments are sent via express freight, with delivery generally taking between 5 to 7 business days. For larger machines over 300 kg, we use sea freight, which has a delivery time frame of around 35 days.
Regional Warehouses
To enhance delivery speed and reliability, we operate regional warehouses in the USA, Canada, and Germany. Each of these warehouses only ships to their respective regions, allowing us to reduce delivery times and ensure more reliable service. This helps us provide free standard shipping for orders in these areas, as well as specific options for expedited delivery where available.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We provide free shipping within the United States and most international destinations. To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Tracking and Notifications
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number, enabling you to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to update. Should you have any concerns or questions about tracking, our support team is available to assist you and provide further details.
International Shipping and Customs
For U.S. customers, import duties are not applicable, as we manage all import logistics for a seamless experience. For international orders, our team will handle all customs documentation and transportation logistics, providing necessary documents if required by customs authorities.

We make every effort to adhere to estimated delivery times; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In the event of any issues with your shipment—such as delays, loss, or damage—please contact our customer service team immediately. Packaging and Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer pays return shipping. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
