We offer free standard shipping within the United States and various international destinations using carriers like USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. For expedited shipping, please contact us for additional fee options.
- Order Processing and Shipping Times
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process it within two business days. Popular machines in US stock will typically ship the next day, arriving within 5 days. Non-stock items will be processed within two days and shipped via express freight, delivering in approximately 5-15 business days. Larger machines over 300 kg are shipped by sea freight, taking about 60 days.
- Tracking and Notifications
Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your package's progress.
- Packaging and Returns
Laser machines are securely packaged in wooden crates. If you wish to return the machine, we recommend keeping the original packaging to protect it during shipping.
- International Shipping and Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We manage all import and transportation logistics, and we will provide necessary documents if customs requests them.
